Read Digital Body Language

Selling is fundamentally a courtship process. If you want a long-term, mutually beneficial relationship with your customers, your organization needs to listen, observe, respect, and respond to what your customers tell you (or don't tell you). Build your GTM functions to allow each person and team to have access to what they need, when, and how they need it, without having to jump through hoops. Don't strive for frictionless, aim for enjoyable.

Architecture by an End User

Modern RevOps platforms now require a level of technical skills not found in their end users, but in developers who often have never lived the reality of Sales or Marketing. It's a bit like buying a car designed by someone who has never had to drive one. I come from the world of Sales and Marketing but have also gained the technical, backend skills of RevOps Architecture. It means I can not only build what you want but recommend solutions for what you truly need. It's the difference between giving someone a faster horse vs building them an automobile.
